It is already one year ago we decided to participate in Challenge Roth. Not as individual, for this I am not good enough;-) We will build a relay.
My position in our relay is the running man. So in one week I have to run a marathon.
We will see if my training has been sufficient...
The last 13 weeks you can see on the diagram. The funny curve shows my run kilometers per week.
One part of the curve is decreasing.It was in the time I had problems with my legs after I bought my new shoes.
The summary of my running training for the last 13 weeks:
