Record Week

This week I spent inklusive weekend at one of our customers in Frankfurt am Main. Instead of sitting in the hotel at the evening, I preferred to break the stress while running.
The weather was not always great, but that didn't stop me. At the end of this week I have counted 89,9 km.
Surprisingly I feel very well.
Ok, the tempo of the run was not crazy. First I was concentrated on the run distance.
